IPAF's MEWP Operator Training Course is by TUV as conforming to the internal standard ISO 18878 Mobile Elevating Work Platforms - Operator (Driver) Training.

RTITB Refresher Forklift Course - Counterbalance

14th May - 1 Day Course

RTITB  course is aimed at people who need to refresher their RTITB certification or for people who have driving experience and never held a certification. On completion of the course, delegates will be able to :

  • Operate the truck model used during training safety and correctly in accordance with the manufacturers' handbook and the accepted good practice 

  • Showing their understanding but clearly stating the causes of instability of trucks and loads

  • Carry out correctly the routine pre-use inspection with the manufactures operator procedures manual.

Manual Handling Training

7th June - Half Day Course

To comply with current Health and Safety legislation, staff must be given training in safe manual handling techniques. This training will show your staff how to carry out manual handling tasks correctly and therefore avoid back injuries. By training your staff how to conduct manual handling safely you are complying with your legal requirements. 

Combi & Bendi Forklift RTITB Certification

10th May - 14th May

These courses are designed for new operators or for operators with varying levels of operating experience. All course durations are in accordance with HSA guidelines. These courses are delivered by highly experienced instructors. Certification is valid for 3 years, and these qualifications will ensure that your company Forklift Drivers will receive the best training in order to ensure that upon their return to the workplace they are equipped with the confidence and skills necessary to operate a Forklift Truck both safely and competently.

LANTRA Pesticide

f you are a professional user of pesticides you will need the relevant training and registration with the DAFM. A professional user is anyone who uses sprays in a professional situation i.e. on the farm, as a landscape or groundskeeper. Regardless of quantity or method, if the person uses these sprays as part of their employment they will need to have the appropriate training. 

HACCP Level 1 & 2

Become Certified to work with food. Together by taking you step by step through the implementation of HACCP and see how the 7 principles of HACCP are integrated into the whole process.

Fire Warden Safety

7th June - Half Day Course

There is a legal requirement on employers to prepare an Emergency Plan that outlines how the workplace will be evacuated in the event of a fire outbreak. Fire Wardens are designated the responsibility of executing this plan in an emergency situation. The Fire Warden course aims to inform Fire Wardens of their responsibilities in running a fire drill effectively and safely. It also details the steps involved in developing an emergency Plan for the workplace, in the event that one does not currently exist.
